🚜 Quick Update from The Friendly Farmer ✨

We’re taking one extra week to finish off the final upgrades to our new butcher trailer.

When we decided to do it, we said we’d do it properly — and that means taking the time to get everything just right. A few more tweaks, a bit more polishing, and we’ll be back better than ever.

🚜 Trailer Upgrade Incoming! 🥩🔥

Alright folks 👋
We’re taking a few weeks off from St Nicholas’ Market while we give the butcher trailer a serious glow-up ✨

We’ve gotten the chance to move to a new trailer and we’re getting a few bits modified to suit our pitch — so we’ll be away for a short while getting it all sorted.

📅 We’re hoping to be back on Saturday, February 14th…
Yep — Valentine’s Day 💘😄

So if you forget to buy flowers, don’t panic…
Sure nothing says “I love you” like a lovely bit of steak and a packet of sausages 🤣🥩🌹

As we roll toward New Year’s, we’ve taken a moment to look at what’s left in reserve — These are the last of the birds we quietly hold back each season for late orders and special requests — perfect for a relaxed New Year’s gathering, a long-table dinner, or simply an excuse to cook something special while the kettle’s on and the year winds down. If you fancy seeing out the year with:

Pickup is simple, Galway City or Athenry, with clear locations and times already arranged, and as always, everything is fully prepared and ready for your oven.
