The mattress industry has a dirty secret.
Not all “rubber” top covers are actually rubber.
Some are canvas with a coating. Some are Chinese compound with unknown ingredients.
And one is made from new tire compound — the same material that goes into a car tire.
That’s the one that lasts 20 years with zero warranty claims.

PAH stands for polyacrylic aromatic hydrochlorins.
It’s a toxicity test for rubber.
Most rubber mattress companies don’t have this certification.
Huber Technik does.
Why does this matter? Because your cows are lying on this material 12+ hours a day.

Ten year German warranty.
Twenty years in the field.
Zero warranty claims.
When a product actually works, you don’t need to replace it every few years.
That’s the difference between equipment that lasts and equipment that costs.

Comfort isn’t a feeling. It’s a measurement.
600 kilos of weight. 20 millimeters of deformation.
That’s what happens when your cow lies down on this mattress.
Most products don’t publish this number. There’s a reason.

John Deere tests here. DeLaval tests here. Every major agricultural company uses German DLG certification.
Deformability. Tread load. Tear strength. Elongation.
Most mattress companies don’t pass these tests.
This one does.

Sand is the most comfortable bedding there is, and also one of the most expensive to maintain. Farms using a Huber Technik mattress with a thin sand layer on top have cut their sand use by up to 80%, without giving up the comfort. Creva helps farms find that same balance. Want the numbers for your own farm? Link’s in our bio.

Scale looks different everywhere. In parts of the U.S., 3,000 cows under one roof is just the starting point for a project. Seeing how bigger operations handle comfort and flooring shows what’s possible, wherever your own barn sits on that scale. Creva and Huber Technik have worked across both ends of it. Curious what fits your setup? Link’s in our bio.

A simple line that says everything. Huber Technik doesn’t stretch a cheaper compound further, they keep the same high-grade material that wears where it should: under the cow, not on the way to the farm. Creva sources exactly that kind of quality for the farms it supports. Find out more, link in our bio.
