Guys we will have a small amount of Italian Sourdough Bread Available this weekend at The Lough Ree Inn market. Made with a started dating back over 100 years came all the way from Italy. Will also have Sourdough Cinnamon Rolls and Sourdough Cookies. Next week we will have more just waiting on more of the proper flour to be delivered. So if you want to book your bread before the market message us. Cheers Guys

CHRISTMAS dare I say it... we have a very busy schedule coming up in the run up to Christmas. ( NO complaints here) but I want to open the books early for our Christmas orders, Christmas cakes €30 Large €20 small. Christmas Pudding Biscuit cake€25

Hi all,

I want to write this post because I have seen certain things going on by some traders that really worries me.
Safety should always be the most important aspect when dealing with food. I learned that in many years of experience in restaurants and hotels and with my family business in Italy.
Irene and I put the maximum attention in every aspect, we are fully HSE approved and insured.

When buying jam, chutney, and sauces, please make sure that the jars used are proper specific ones (do not buy from clearly "recycled ") that can be sealed by heating (there is a procedure that it is used to make the lid "click")

Please be safe when buying your food.

I leave below a few lines about the risks of botulinum.
