It takes a village… to build a Craft Beer Village 🍻

We were delighted to bring our Craft Beer Village to Taste of Dublin this year, creating a shared space where great beer and great people came together.

WHO LET THE BREWERS OUT? 🍻

Chris and Jordan, our brewing masterminds, are chatting all things craft at the Independent Brewers of Ireland’s Annual Conference today.
They say it’s a strange old feeling swapping the tanks and hoses for a cosy meeting room at HQ...and not a forklift in sight.

But in all fairness, this day is one of the most valuable for independent brewing: a rare chance to catch up, swap stories, solve the world’s problems over coffee, and chat about where the industry is heading. We are very lucky to be part of such a wonderful community, all trying to make great beer and keep the scene thriving.

Now, back to important chats and talks, and figuring out how we can keep making things even better.

WELCOME TO OUR HOME 🍻

Last week, the Vintners' Federation of Ireland hosted their Annual General Meeting and Conference in the beautiful surroundings of Mount Wolseley, Tullow. As a proud Carlow business, we were delighted to open our doors and share a little glimpse into our daily life here in the brewery.

It was great to chat about the industry and also have a few honest conversations about the challenges along the way. Because good things happen when people come together, share ideas, and support each other.
