Our very first wedding event with the vintage trike 💍🍦

We had the pleasure of serving farm-fresh artisan ice cream to all the wedding guests yesterday — what a day it was! A huge thank you to the wonderful bride and groom for having us, and to the amazing Dunmore House Hotel for such a beautiful setting.

It was a big learning experience for us, but we hope we helped make the day that little bit more special 🤍

Our new Limited edition Artisan Irish Cream Liqueur and stracciatella Ice Cream is here just in time for Paddy’s Day 🇮🇪🍦

What’s more Irish than ice cream made with local ingredients 😎

For those of you who have been following us for a while, you’ll know we’re passionate about using local ingredients whenever possible. So when it came to choosing a cream liqueur for this ice cream, was a no-brainer👌

But we didn’t stop there… To add a little kick and a subtle contrast in texture, we folded a rich chocolate stracciatella through the ice cream.

The result? Smooth, premium Irish cream ice cream with delicate shards of chocolate in every bite. Perfect for the Paddy’s Day weekend ☘️🍦

This is a limited edition flavour.
