The Teagasc Programme is hosting two Autumn webinars to help farmers protect the health, performance and value of their cattle from weaning through to winter finishing.

The first webinar in the series takes place this Wednesday, 9 September at 8pm and will focus on getting weanlings properly prepared for sale or for the next stage of production.

Next week, Teagasc kick off Generational Renewal Week which runs from the 7th to the 11th September. Generational Renewal Week will highlight career paths for young farmers and support for older farmers in stepping back.
It covers tax, succession, and collaborative models like partnerships, share farming, and leasing to help families to start the transition.
During the week, their will be a number of webinars and farm walks along with many Teagasc advisors visiting local primary schools nationwide to deliver interactive sessions to students.
