John Stone Beef For over six decades John Stone’s name has been synonymous with the finest dry aged, grass fed beef Naturally we're good at dry-ageing.

We've got the grass, we've got the climate, we have thousands of years of beef farming experience. At our state of the art facility in Ballymahon, we select only the best. Our master butchers have been known to pass on 90% of the carcasses they inspect before they approve one for the John Stone line. Once selected, the beef is dry aged to our exacting requirements. When that process is complete, we butcher the meat to the highest restaurant standards.

A fantastic few days in Vietnam building an even stronger relationship with the team at PGF Asia

A special moment was seeing Tim sign the certification confirming PGF Asia’s commitment to serving only our finest John Stone dry-aged, grass-fed Irish beef

The visit also gave Tim and Jonathan the opportunity to demonstrate Master Butchery, sharing their knowledge, skills and passion for exceptional Irish beef with the PGF team before heading back to Ireland

A huge thank you to everyone at PGF Asia for the warm welcome and incredible hospitality. It was a pleasure to spend time with the team and share what makes John Stone Fine Foods special

An exceptional evening in Vietnam as we officially introduced John Stone Fine Foods and our premium Irish grass-fed, dry-aged beef to an audience of chefs, hospitality professionals and food lovers

📍 Hosted at Prime, the event brought together great people, great food and a shared appreciation for provenance, craftsmanship and exceptional beef

Guests had the opportunity to discover the John Stone philosophy, from carefully selected Irish grass-fed cattle and traditional dry ageing to the knowledge and precision that goes into every cut

A very special thank you to PGF Asia for helping make the launch possible, and to Chef Khai and his team at Prime for creating an outstanding setting and showcasing the quality of John Stone beef so beautifully
