Great to have Ciaran Quey and his Strength & Conditioning class in Diceys for a well-earned social night!
After all the hard work in training, it was time to swap the workouts for drinks, pizzas and plenty of chats. 🍕🍺
Brilliant to see everyone get together outside of class, enjoy the night, and have a bit of craic.
Thanks to Ciaran and the whole crew for spending the evening with us — we hope you all had a great one! 🙌
