This is an outdoor, all-weather event – dress warm, dress spooky, but be prepared.

Bring your own torch/flashlight to help guide your way (if you like), and please be respectful to our actors – no shining lights in their faces !!

Tickets are required for all visitors (adults and children).
Under 3’s go free (parental discretion advised).

The Family ticket option allows entry for 5 people from the same group, the group must enter together and must be used at the alloctaed time slot
Your ticket is only valid for the time stated – don’t miss your slot.

No refunds (even if it gets a little scary).

Have your tickets ready on your phone or printed for scanning at entry.
