What a special evening for the premiere of Still He Waits at this year’s Galway Film Fleadh.

Directed by Paul McGuckin, this feature-length documentary follows our founder, James Doherty, as he returns to Donegal to revive a lost Irish whiskey-making tradition.

What began as an archival project became a deeply personal story of homecoming, heritage and identity. Check out some photos from the evening here...

We had a great morning hosting the Cerebron board members at The Ardara Distillery for their meeting last Friday.

It was a pleasure to welcome Kenneth and Gillian Doherty and the team, and to share our passion for Donegal’s distilling heritage.
