**Job Description:**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Butcher Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in the daily operations of our butcher shop, including serving customers, preparing orders, and maintaining cleanliness in the work area.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist with the preparation and cutting of various meat products.
- Serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Prepare and package customer orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the shop and work area.
- Help with inventory management and stock replenishment.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in a butcher shop or similar food service position is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
**Hours:**
- Full-time position, approximately 35-40 hours per week. Flexibility in scheduling may be required.
