How to get the most flavour from your steak!

🔥 Take your steak out of the fridge 20–30 minutes before cooking.
🧂 Season just before it hits the pan or grill.
🔥 Get the pan REALLY hot before adding the steak.
🥩 Don’t keep turning it — let it build a proper crust.
⏱️ And the big one… LET IT REST! Give it 5–10 minutes before slicing.
