And we believe thatโs exactly how it should be.

Every flavour starts from raw materials we choose ourselves, tested and crafted into our own recipes.
Food trends change every few years โ sometimes faster โ
and whatโs called โhealthyโ today may be questioned tomorrow.
Thatโs why we believe more in balance than in trends.
Balance is harmony.
And harmony is usually closer to real health than any label.
What we make is real, natural, premium gelato and sorbet,
made very differently from mass production,
and quite different from most gelato you find in busy streets or tourist spots.

We also hear requests for ice cream with no added sugar.
It seems there are people who would welcome a premium option like this,
without compromising on flavour or quality.
For us, itโs something to reflect on โ if it allows more people to enjoy real ice cream, it may be worth considering.
