Did you know Ireland has seen the number of pristine (Q5) river sites recorded by the EPA fall from 500 in the late 1980s to just 20 today? Such sites are home to the Beautiful Demoiselle damselfly, such as this one recorded in Cork by Gemma Kelleher. https://biodiversityireland.ie/surveys/dragonfly-ireland/

The (Solanum lycopersicum) is a fruit from the nightshade family native to South America. They are a great source of vitamin C, potassium, folate, and vitamin K. Our tomatoes at are doing well. Thanks to our farmer and a group of volunteers who are always around to prune, stake and pinch when required. Growing tomatoes is a hard yet such rewarding job!
