It's the 11th harvest at Our tireless volunteers got the bags ready for collection. We have some potatoes, yellow squash, spring onions, kale and rainbow chard, tomatoes and basil.

have you heard this expression? The colors serve a nutritional purpose. It's hugely important to “eat a rainbow" - eat fruits and vegetables from each color to get a variety of important and . At we grow a rainbow for you. 8th brings us: courgettes, potatoes, beets, lettuce, leek, tomatoes, spring onions, parsley and basil (green and purple). Do you like it?

The (Solanum lycopersicum) is a fruit from the nightshade family native to South America. They are a great source of vitamin C, potassium, folate, and vitamin K. Our tomatoes at are doing well. Thanks to our farmer and a group of volunteers who are always around to prune, stake and pinch when required. Growing tomatoes is a hard yet such rewarding job!

7th harvest at is finished. We have for the week: potatoes, courgettes, spinach, cucumbers, spring onions, some beans and lettuce. and are the future.
