Hummus is always a winner, and these two are some of my absolute favorites: Roasted Garlic Hummus and Roasted Beet Hummus. The roasted garlic brings rich, savory flavor, while the beet hummus adds a gorgeous pop of vibrant color that’s guaranteed to brighten up any snack board.
Serve them with pita chips, fresh vegetables, crackers, or get party-ready by spooning them into individual cups and filling them with carrot sticks, celery, peppers, cucumbers, and baby tomatoes for an easy grab-and-go appetizer.
