Looking for a healthy snack that doesn’t skimp on flavor? 🥕✨

Hummus is always a winner, and these two are some of my absolute favorites: Roasted Garlic Hummus and Roasted Beet Hummus. The roasted garlic brings rich, savory flavor, while the beet hummus adds a gorgeous pop of vibrant color that’s guaranteed to brighten up any snack board.

Serve them with pita chips, fresh vegetables, crackers, or get party-ready by spooning them into individual cups and filling them with carrot sticks, celery, peppers, cucumbers, and baby tomatoes for an easy grab-and-go appetizer.

Tuesday’s Tip 🦪✨
Today we’re talking clams… and more specifically, shucking them! Honestly, this is one job I happily leave to my father 😂

And as he says in the video “they have two muscles.” The trick is breaking that muscle cleanly, then placing the clam right back into the shell so it stays beautiful and presentable for a raw bar.

Serve them ice cold with cocktail sauce and lemon and you’ve got summertime perfection. ☀️🦪
