So here’s a delicious idea for a snack or for entertaining, from our Bloom haul. I have McCormick Family Farms snack lettuce, such a clever idea. They come like this and you can pull them off into individual leaves.

For the first two I have our own Velvet Cloud creamy soft sheep’s milk cheese. On top of that I have our friends at Ballymaloe relish. On these two I have Cashel Blue aioli. Look at that and I’ve put some peanut rayu on top of that.

When nobody’s looking, because it’s going to be really messy, I’m going to get another McCormick Family Farms lettuce leaf and make a sandwich kind of vibe

So one of the perks of being at as an Irish producer is you swap at the end with other Irish producers , so we swap our yogurt and cheeses. and I get some lovely goodies from the people around us who have stands at Bloom.

I'm going to do a few videos showing you some of my favorites and this one is from our direct neighbors,Follain. They produce so many jams and toppings and curds and just delicious, delicious, delicious locally Irish produced products, based in County Cork. I'm putting their toppings on my overnight oats and it's full of fiber, full of fruit full of really good stuff. It is delicious with my live sheep's yogurt, which also has really basic healthy ingredients (i.e. sheep's milk and live yogurt cultures)

So we are finishing up at Bloom, day 5. You can already see some of the stands are sold out and breaking down their stands. Then back here, behind the food village, big people, small people, people of all shapes and sizes, are packing up, trying to get ready to get out of here and to get home. Some of us are losing the will to live🤣👍. We're all just trying to get into our cars and into our vans before the rain. We didn't quite make it before the rain but not too bad. So bye bye Bloom. See you next year

So I was on stage with that bundle of crazy energy that is Donal Skehan, he’s such a fabulous supporter of local Irish producers. I just wanted to show you the backstage prep area where the chefs do all of their preparation. They're all so good; they go out of their way to promote and shout out local Irish producers so it's a fantastic opportunity to get asked up to explain your story as a local Irish producer
