Bumper cauliflower crop at 2.67kg. it's definitely going to give us a few dinners.

Tonight we're having classic cauliflower cheese with shirt grain brown rice (to balance the cheesey sinfulness) and a simple green salad.

What's your go to cauliflower recipe?

It's such a versatile vegetable that the skies the limit for the cauliflower queen.

Pani Puri, another new addiction that I found in Udaipur. These delicious morsels - little puris stuffed with chickpea and potato masala, some kind of sauce and raita then scattered with chopped onion, green chilli and fresh coriander, popped into the mouth in one piece - what a delicious blast😎

Ker Sangri, a dish from Jaisalmer made from desert beans and wild berries. Both grow on trees in the desert region in the spring then harvested and dried for year round use. A staple for the people in the surrounding villages I had this for dinner and it was delicious, one of the best dishes so far 😎

Here’s a cashew fruit which has one nut. You cannot just pop this nut into your mouth as the corrosive sap under the shell will burn your mouth. The shell needs to be carefully cracked, the inner membrane removed along with all of the sap. Gloves must be worn to protect your hands whilst doing this as the sap will burn your hands. Never complain about the cost of cashews!
