With heavy heart we need to share what has happened to us early this month... Unfortunately our two biggest tunnels collapsed on us under the wet snow. It has happened while we tried to rescue them and there was nothing that we could have done to save them. Our hard work that we've put into those 30m long tunnels vanished within seconds, all plants that were growing there for winter are squashed under the plastic and tunnel construction are not accessible.
Can we repair them?
There is no way we can salvage them at all.
Hoops are bend in half and plastic torn. We could never expect such a big damage.
What is next for us?
Tones of work in removing and clearing the site.
Heartbreak every time we look at them.
We managed to harvest some Spinach, Mix Leaf and Kale for you and we have delivered them to SuperValu Carrick On Suir , Martin's Fruit and Veg, The Apple Farm.
Our goal is to still provide you with best quality greens but please bare with us as stock is going to be limited I'm the next few months.
Please watch this space as we will be updating you every time we deliver to shops.
We would like to say a big Thank You to all the shops that are supporting us in such a hard time and to all of our loyal customers.
Monika, Konrad & Dawid.
