Due to the sad passing of Bridget Brennan, grandmother of Julianne- Billy- Laura , mother of Sadie and mother-in-law of Paul, we will be closed this Saturday.

✨ A morning of innovation at Paul Tobin Butchers! ✨

We had a brilliant morning today welcoming Gaynors, one of our sauce suppliers, to Paul Tobin Butchers for a few hours of creativity and product development.

A huge thank you to John and Chef Eoin McKenna, who gave us 2½ hours of their time and brought some fantastic inspiration to the table. We had a great time developing and exploring some exciting new flavours and combinations. 👨‍🍳🔥

Julianne and Assistant Manager Jamie had a brilliant morning of innovation, and we’re already looking forward to putting these new creations into action.

We’re excited to bring some of these new products to our counters over the coming weeks, with all the teams in Clonmel and Carrick getting ready to bring something fresh and exciting to our customers. 🥩✨

The creamy Philadelphia cheese hits first, followed by a lovely bit of jalapeño heat that just keeps you coming back for another bite. The flavour is unreal! 🤤
