Proud moment for all of us at Walsh’s Gourmet Butcher! ⭐

We’re delighted to have two of our products recognised at the Great Taste Awards 2026!

⭐ Spiced Lamb Kofta — 1 Star
⭐⭐ Gourmet Beef Burger — 2 Stars

And we’re especially proud that our Gourmet Beef Burger was one of only two burgers in Ireland to receive 2 Stars this year. 🇮🇪🏆

Both products are handcrafted here in Co. Tipperary, so seeing them recognised at this level is something we’re incredibly proud of.

A huge well done to our team — there’s a lot of hard work, care and attention behind every product that carries the Walsh’s name, and these awards are fantastic recognition of that effort.

From our butchery in Showgrounds Shopping Centre to our specialised production unit, our focus has always been simple: great meat, great products and no compromise on quality.
