So excited to be finally announcing this! My friend is coming to us with his new business and are pulling up by the sea at Ballybranagan beach this May! We’re setting up a long table dining experience on the cliffs 🌊

It’s going to be pretty special ☀️

On this occasion he’ll be serving up a four course feast cooked over fire. Locally sourced fish from of course. are also supporting this event and you’ll all get to indulge on their delicious liquor!

We’ll have wines from & I will be pouring my very own water kefir too!

So I might have said goodbye to my trailer but I would never say goodbye to cooking and what a buzz this is going to be 🪩 The crew from have invited me to serve up some good grub for their unbelievable festival this June!

So now I get to do two of my favourite things in one weekend: cook and be at a festival 🤩

And it’s on an island, where else in the world would you want to be? Except Féile Solas 2025 🙌🏽🪩🌞

I recently got to spend an evening with inspiring women who were gathered together by Catherine of and Tina of .narratives for what was aptly called “The Gathering Table”. It was a very special evening where we got to enjoy incredible food from the team of led by and also share stories on our food journeys. The evening was kicked off with drinks and we got to showcase soon to be launched very grown up Sparkling Water Kefir and then enjoyed a panel chat alongside and .
It was a privilege to be part of an event that is showcasing the creativity, talent and flavour of Irish food culture. We have something precious in Ireland and showcasing it in ways like this is just brilliant.

A huge thank you to Tina and Catherine and I am very excited to see what you have planned next. If you missed their first event don’t miss out on their second 🤩

Full circle moment today! Back in University College Cork, where I did my undergrad, but this time I was the one giving the talk. Chris Moran invited me in to speak to Second Year Food Marketing & Entrepreneurship students—wild, because Chris and I actually studied together back in UCC!

It was so special to be back in the place where I learned so much, but this time sharing my own journey. When you’re in the thick of building something, it’s easy to forget how far you’ve come. Days like today are a reminder.

Sometimes you get to experience a perfect weekend and this was one of them 💛
🍽️ A beautiful farewell dinner to my friend in which was just so divine throughout ! Still dreaming about everything we had. If you haven’t been, please go 🫶🏼

Cape Town Eats + Drinks 🍽️
Please believe me when I tell you Cape Town is where it’s at for wining and dining! There is so much diversity in cuisine and originality 🤌🏼
The freshness of food is probably what makes it though and I can tell you, you haven’t tasted fruit properly until you eat it in South Africa.. (I know there’s other places too)

Another massive plus of my visit there is my renewed joy in experimenting with my cooking in order to satisfy the love of new food and new flavours 🥭🍇🥗🍯🧉
