This year we are beginning the season with the HONESTY BOX system that some of you will be familiar with, I will be messaging on more info privately to those who have already expressed interest and if you would like to be added to that list please text me on 087 9685598.
For now I will not be doing the Saturday open shop day as in previous years as we are just too busy but you will be able to get all the usual vegetables through the weekly honesty box.
Thanks as always for your support.

Adding seaweed to your meal enriches it with multiple vitamins and minerals, not to mention the vital element iodine, which plays a vital role in the regulation of the metabolism.
