Our new Síon pepper blend won a Gold at Blas na hÉireann !

Síon - stormy weather. Our new offering is a hand-blend of our pure sea salt and four different types of peppercorn, that balances fresh Atlantic salinity with warmth and bright aromatics.
We first unveiled our Síon blend last year as a special at the **leFoodFestival. Since then we have been inundated with requests from our wonderful customers asking when they can get more.
After a number of months refining, perfecting and getting plenty of honest feedback, we launch our newest addition with a Gold at Blas na hÉireann.
Huge congratulations to all the finalists, and heartfelt thanks to our customers, stockists, chefs, friends and supporters who continue to back us as we grow.
