Our 2025 harvest is now sold out!

Making sea salt in tune with the seasons means that each year's harvest has a limited run. Because of our sustainable process, we can't simply produce our sea salt on demand - and this is what makes us different.

We are busy prepping for an exciting season ahead, so keep an eye/ear out for news of our first release of the 2026 harvest…

We’re incredibly proud to share that Di**le Sea Salt has won the Sustainability Award at the National Small Business Awards.

For what started as a small idea on the edge of the Atlantic to be recognised nationally has us full of grttitude to everyone who supports and believes in what we do.

Sea salt that is revealed, not refined.

Through our slow, natural evaporation process, the sun gently removes the water, leaving behind the full spectrum of naturally occurring minerals and trace elements.

Magnesium.
Calcium.
Potassium.
And others, such as iron and zinc.

These essential elements are needed in the body and shape the complex, rounded flavour that makes our sea salt distinct.

We had a great day out at the recent Business Connect event (and even got to swap our trademark overalls & white wellies for business attire).

Was great to meet with some fantastic food producers, including , and the broader business community that supports us small firms.

We are chuffed to be a finalist in the sustainability category, alongside our county compatriots , and are excited for the awards night next month.

We had a great day out at the recent SFA Business Connect event (and even got to swap our trademark overalls & white wellies for business attire).

Was great to meet with some fantastic food producers, including , and the broader business community that supports us small firms.

Looking back, we have taken some big and scary steps this year, one of which was getting the keys to our very own business premises.

We have some bold plans to scale-up in 2026 (which will be good news to all of the wonderful, patient folks on our waiting list), and key to this was getting a place to call our very own.

We have a very big year ahead, and cant wait to share news of it with you all.
