My family have been Master Coopers for over 250 years, based in the Northside of Cork City, Ireland. I have worked for Irish distillers for 30 years and my family have been with the distilleries of Cork for over 120 years. My father, uncle, three cousins and myself worked in the North Mall Cork Distillery in the 1980's.
