As part of their discussion groups, our apprentice students had the opportunity to visit Robert Shannon's farm, where they gained valuable insights into his milk production and feeding systems, as well as the specifics of his cow breeds. We extend our gratitude to Robert and his son Stephen for providing an informative tour. Accompanying teachers included Orla Neville and Rebecca Bayley.
