Intern Innovation Competition 2026 – Winners Announced

At Musgrave Early Careers, we’re delighted to celebrate the winners of this year’s Intern Innovation Competition.

This initiative gives our interns the chance to collaborate on real business challenges, bringing fresh thinking, building confidence, and developing ideas with the potential to make a meaningful impact.

This year, four teams presented innovative proposals across a range of business areas, showcasing the creativity, collaboration, and ambition of our early careers community.

📅 The winning team will present their solution at the Musgrave Early Careers Summit on 9th June.

What a night for Musgrave at the 2026 gradireland Graduate Recruitment Awards!
