Crowned Single Grain whiskey of the year 2025 at the Irish Whiskey Awards. This 15 year old is a celebration of independent craftsmanship and Irish excellence. Distilled at Cooley and matured for over a decade before a four-year finish in Oloroso, it is bottled at its natural cask strength of 62.5%. Aged in select Bodegas Fernando de Castilla PX Butts, just 1200 bottles have been drawn down at 50% ABV. Crafted from double-distilled malt at the Great Northern Distillery, this limited edition release marries various levels of Pedro Ximénez influence for depth and complexity. Experience rich layers of dried fruit, warm spice and PX sherry indulgence.

A tribute to PX production, cask selection and blending mastery. Natural colour. Non-chill filtered. For the curious collector and discerning palate alike!
