The Story of Stillgarden Distillery:

We are Pat O’Brien and Viki Baird. A few years ago, we set out to reinvent spirits, both in the way it is produced, and in the way it is enjoyed. With our talented master distillers, we went wild creating spectacular drinks that are truly unique. A huge thank you to the interns from PM Group who helped us with some new planting in the garden yesterday. They also kindly donated some native crab apple trees which we planted together in the forest area of the garden and will give us even more blossoms for our pollinators next spring! 🐝 💚🪻

Stillgarden O'Maro is an Irish Amaro with local botanicals such as rosehip, strawberry leaf, lemon verbena and raspberries. 🍓
Give & Take is a superb Gin-like taste but with a uniquely lower alcohol hence we give the taste but lower the alcohol (mid -strength) ABV.
Berrissimo is an Irish Spritz Aperitif that has been macerated with a vibrant mix of locally sourced botanicals like Hibiscus or bitter orange.🌺
