Welcome to Lisieux Stud

Established in 1950, Lisieux Stud is a family run stud farm offering boarding, foaling, sales preparation and consigning services at competitive rates to the thoroughbred breeder right in the heart of The Curragh , Co. Kildare, nestled between the Aga Khan Studs and the Irish National Stud.

Set on circa. 150 acres of limestone based grazing pasture, Lisieux Stud is the ideal place to raise a young horse. We are committed to providing high quality professional services to our clients with an eye for detail and are equipped with world class facilities including spacious foaling boxes, individual turnout paddocks, sheltered all weather turnout, horse walker, lunge rings and an American barn. We have access to the best veterinary care with Anglesey Lodge and Troytown Equine Hospitals both located less than 10 minutes away.

We are less than 15 minutes from Goffs sales complex and only 40 minutes from Tattersalls Ireland and Dublin Airport. Rosslare and Dublin Ports are also within easy reach for horses travelling to and from the UK.
