☘️A half day day Clinic with Visconte Cocozza ☘️
We are absolutely delighted to invite you to bring your own horses’ for a session with Simon Cocozza', to be held at Tuesday Sept 27th at Killadoran Stud, Delvin, County Westmeath. Lessons to be arranged through myself or Laura Stephenson.
Visconte Cocozza, trainer and examiner for the LA Federation Francaise d’Equitation (FFE) and the author of the sell out book - Core Conditioning for Horses.
Simon has made it his life’s work to apply a scientific approach to the principles of equitation with the goal of helping each horse become the healthiest he or she can be and is a specialist in equine biomechanics.
Every equestrian wants to know: what is the difference between the horse that "dances" when you are on him, and the one that doesn't?
It all comes down to the horse's posture. The horse's ability to use the powerful mechanisms already built into his body relies not upon the strength we can see on the outside but the strength on the inside. This invisible and complex arrangement of internal "core" muscles control the horse's posture, suppleness, and agility. Their good condition is the key to the dance. Equine core muscles are very difficult to isolate with traditional training techniques common to all horse sports.
