Pig and Leaf turns 5 next week!

Here are a few before photos from before it all began.

It's been quite the adventure, especially considering I'd never worked in a coffee shop before! There have been plenty of challenges along the way, but even more laughs, great memories, and incredible people.

I'm so grateful to everyone who has played a part in building Pig and Leaf into the buzzing siopa
it is today. And, of course, to all our customers—thank you for your stories, your jokes, and for making every day a little brighter.

Here's to five amazing years of coffee and craic... and to many more to come.

Tomorrow will be Cuán's final day with Pig and Leaf. Sad to see him go and his lovely beard and personality will be sorely missed by us.

.nicliam had been due to take part in the Latte Art Competition finals at the Dublin Coffee Festival last weekend.
Unfortunately due to the protests she couldn't travel.
Anyway she's a winner as far as we're concerned. Here's some clips of her in action to recognise her skills
