The Hollow Apiary and Farm The Hollow Apiary and Farm is a small hold that in the future hopes to specialises in organic crops, fish and honey.

Using Aquaponics, Aeroponics and Permaculture techniques we want to grow and farm our fish and vegetables. We began as an Apiary, we produce our own branded honey as well as giving classes on keeping bees in both an urban and a farm setting. We are located in the foothills of the Wicklow mountains and we will soon be providing hiking farming and bee-keeping retreats as well as specialised lectures in various arts and crafts.
