Flying the flag for Food Coast Donegal is Jeanette Bryson - sommelier and food & beverage specialist with over 25 years of experience in hospitality industry. Founder of (located at the brewery ),
in Derry, and Smoke Cult BBQ School.

Jeanette's passion blends traditional Texas smokehouses, Southern soul food, and Cajun-Creole traditions with the best of Irish and Northern Irish produce.

For her demo, Jeanette will be preparing: Smoked Irish Brisket with Bushmills BBQ sauce, cowboy pickles, and croissant brioche Texas toast

Served with a Bushmills Maple Butter Old Fashioned with Irish honey bitters

🍴🎉 Only one day to go to Donegal’s Mary from Dungloe Festival Food Fayre! 🎉🍴

After last year’s massive success, the event has moved to a new, larger location at Rosses Community College, Derrybeg (F94 FK58). Join us on Monday, 28th July, from 11am to 5pm – come hungry, because a whole day of amazing local food is lined up! 🌿✨

The chefs are fired up and ready to showcase Donegal’s finest produce. From fresh seafood to mouthwatering meats, and even some surprise dishes – there’s something for everyone. The local chefs are pulling out all the stops! 😋🔥

And that’s not all! There will also be local producers and food stalls so you can take home some of the freshest, most delicious ingredients and goodies. 🍯🥖🍰🍫
