Set against the copper stills and stone walls of Crolly, it was a true showcase of Donegalā€™s vibrant ecosystem. Invitees enjoyed a bespoke local menu featuring exceptional produce from our dedicated Food Coast Donegal members.

From coastal catches to rich land harvests, every bite told the story of our regionā€™s passion and provenanceā€”proving what happens when local makers, chefs, and tourism partners work hand in hand.
