Reflecting on a historic afternoon of sips at the Historic Pub Trail at . Attendees stepped into the heart of Cork’s legendary pub culture on this relaxed and flavour-filled historic pub trail, a curated journey through some of the city’s most iconic and character-rich drinking spots. We enjoyed stories, drinks, some food tasters and warm hospitality, while visiting The Long Valley, Mutton Lane, The Castle Inn, O’Sho, Fordes, and Callanans.

We shared the stories behind Bakestone’s dishes and local producers, followed by a fashion showcase from - hosted by Helen Murphy () and styled by Breeda O’Connell . A great night at Big Table Mixer at The Marina Market on Friday 14th - A fun, alcohol-free social dining experience designed for connection. Guests gathered around a long communal table to enjoy a shared three-course feast from some of Marina Market’s most loved traders, which included Nua Asador, Okra, The Greek, Eco Fish, MKT Burger, Kura, Just Wing It, and Sweet Spot.
Non-alcoholic cocktails were served from SAOR Zero Alcohol Bar along with Heineken 00. The perfect evening of good food and mingling in a relaxed social space, with party music from Stevie G.

Blood, Guts and Blackpudding - A talk and tasting with Ireland's culinary scholar on blood pudding culture - food writer, Kate Ryan of Flavour.ie. On Friday afternoon at , guests learned how the puddings of Cork were pivotal to the city's offal eating traditions, spice trade, and pudding making; what makes the famous drisheen so Cork and why James Joyce wrote about it in his books; and explored the reasons why we all have our favourite pudding! Kate was joined by Cork chef, Pam Kelly, who cooked up a delicious tasting plate of different Cork puddings, all washed down with locally brewed Original 7.
