⚽️ Match Report ⚽️
Saturday 17th October
U11s- Drogheda Town Hawks vs Moneymore Navy

Our Navy team continued their 2026 campaign this morning with an away game against DTFC Hawks. The weather conditions were ideal and both teams served up a very entertaining and skilful game of football.

There was little between the teams. All of our players showed excellent work rate and determination throughout, creating many chances. This was another excellent and spirited display from all of our young players and they deserve every credit for their outstanding performance.

Thanks to Drogheda Town FC for the game and best of luck for the season 🤝🏻

U10s - Boyne Rovers vs Moneymore

Our U10s played out a close-fought encounter against Boyne Rovers yesterday, with both sides competing and battling well.

Our boys produced some good football for much of the game, and showed great determination to the end against a strong Boyne Rovers team.

There are plenty of positives to take from the performance, and we go again at training during the week 💪🏻

Well done to Rovers and best of luck for the rest of the season 🤝🏻

⚽️ Match Report ⚽️
Saturday 17th October
U9s - Walshestown vs Moneymore

A tough fixture for the boys yesterday against very good opposition. The lads worked hard throughout, showed great determination, and continued to battle right until the final whistle.

While things didn’t quite click for us on the day, the boys never gave up and kept pushing themselves against a strong side. These are the games that provide valuable lessons, and it’s important that we take the experience on board, learn from it, and keep working hard at training.

Plenty to learn from, keep improving, and we go again 💪🏻

⚽️ Congratulations to our second U10s Top Baller for August - Sam Clinton ⚽️

We were a bit delayed with this one but well done to Sam on winning this award 👏🏻 Sam has been exceptional since he joined the club and has put in some strong performances, scoring his first hatrick for the club and chipping in with some fine strikes over the last few matches. Sam has a great attitude in training and is a great character around the squad. We look forward to working with Sam going into next season..Well done Sam keep up the good work 💪🏻 ⚽️

U14s - Moneymore vs Balrath

Our U14s put in a very strong performance today against Balrath. After a shaky start the lads took control of the game and everyone put a good shift in with plenty of goals throughout the team. Congratulations to Israel on his hatrick and to Tom who scored his first for the club on his debut.

Well done to all our players and good luck to Balrath for the remainder of the season 🤝🏻
