🥭✈️ A QUICK NOTE FOR NEW & EXISTING CUSTOMERS 🇵🇭🇮🇪

Guys… we know everyone gets excited waiting for their mangoes (and honestly, so do we 😂🥭), but we keep getting asked:

“When can I collect?”
“When will it be delivered?”
“What day is the flight?”

So here’s exactly how it works 👇

1️⃣ YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER
Once we confirm your order, it is added to our shipment with our supplier in the Philippines.

2️⃣ WE REACH THE MOQ
We need to reach the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) required for the freight shipment before we can proceed.

3️⃣ THE FLIGHT GETS BOOKED ✈️
Once the MOQ is reached, we can book the flight and arrange the shipment.

4️⃣ THEN WE KNOW THE DATES 📅
Only once the flight is booked can we give you confirmed information about:
✈️ Flight details
🥭 Expected arrival
🚚 Delivery dates
📍 Collection arrangements

So, when you place your order, we unfortunately cannot give you an exact collection or delivery date yet.

We don’t control how quickly the MOQ is reached, flight availability, or any changes once the shipment is booked.

👉 As soon as we have confirmed flight information, WE WILL UPDATE YOU. (See previous posts, we post the flight schedule)

We promise, nobody is sitting here keeping the flight date a secret. 😂🙈
