🥭 MANGO
• Keep firm, unripe mangoes at room temperature. Avoid refrigerating until ripe.
• Once ripe, enjoy within a few days or refrigerate to slow ripening.
• Keep cut mango covered in the fridge and eat as soon as possible.
💡 Tip: Gently squeeze and smell near the stem. Slight softness and a sweet aroma are signs of ripeness. Don’t rely on colour alone!
🍌 SABA
• Keep at room temperature until ready to cook.
• Once ripe, cook straight away or refrigerate briefly.
• For longer storage, peel, slice and freeze.
💡 Tip: Darker skin doesn’t automatically mean it’s spoiled. Check the inside for normal-looking flesh and a good smell.
💜 MANGOSTEEN
• Keep in a cool place away from direct sunlight if eating within a few hours. Otherwise, refrigerate upon arrival.
• The skin naturally becomes firmer over time.
• Carefully cut around the shell without cutting deeply into the white flesh.
💡 Tip: Avoid eating mangosteen if the flesh is noticeably yellow, brown, very dry or has an unpleasant smell.
🌱 SINGKAMAS
• Store in the fridge, keeping it dry in a bag or container with some airflow.
• Enjoy cold and freshly sliced with a little salt, or use it in your favourite Filipino dishes! 😋
🌿 RAMBUTAN
• Keep at room temperature if eating soon, or refrigerate for longer storage.
• The skin may change colour as it ripens.
💡 Important: Enjoy the flesh and discard the seeds. Do not swallow them.

• Store in the fridge as soon as you receive your order to help maintain freshness.
