Meet Olivastro, one of the finest expressions of the Itrana olive. This exceptional olive oil bursts with fruity aromas of tomato, green banana, artichoke, celery, green apple, and fresh herbs. On the palate, you’ll notice hints of lettuce, celery, and basil, followed by a bold bitterness and peppery kick.

For us, this oil is about as close to perfect as it gets. If someone asked what a great Itrana olive oil should taste like, we’d proudly hand them a bottle of Quattrociocchi Olivastro. We save it for enjoying raw, drizzled over roasted potatoes, steak, pasta, or just about anything else. The possibilities are endless, and it’s definitely a must-try!

This is a really lovely olive oil for everyday use. As soon as you open the bottle, you'll notice fresh aromas of green grass, tomato, and banana.

It tastes just as good as it smells, with soft tomato and banana flavours, a little hint of almond, a touch of pepperiness, and almost no bitterness.

It's one of those olive oils you can use every day. Drizzle it over salads, pasta, vegetables, or use it for cooking. It's mild, so it won't overpower your food - it just makes everything taste better.

It's also great value for the quality, so don't be afraid to use it generously. Enjoy!

We believe great extra virgin olive oil should first and foremost be enjoyed.

The fresh aromas, beautiful flavours and the joy of sharing good food around the table are what matter most to us.

High-polyphenol olive oils are a wonderful bonus, but they shouldn't come at the expense of flavour. The beauty of the Mediterranean diet is that it doesn't ask us to choose between taste and quality - we can enjoy both.

For us, it's not about chasing the highest polyphenol number. It's about choosing a quality extra virgin olive oil you genuinely enjoy and making it part of your everyday life.
