We use only the freshest Irish Haddock, carefully selected to ensure the highest quality. Then, we fry it to perfection in a light and crispy tempura batter that adds a delightful crunch to each bite. We top it with a generous helping of thinly sliced red onion, a sprinkle of smoked paprika, crisp lettuce for freshness, and our award winning tartare sauce that brings everything together.
