ENNIS Distillery Ennis is a a non alcoholic inspired Gin made in Ireland using botanicals found along Ireland wild Atlantic Coast.

Doctor AINE NIC RIEGH and Doctor Maggie Atlas developed ENNIS along side undertaking their PHD's on projects to mimic the tastes and effects of alcohol by using Irish botanicals.
