𝗧𝗵𝗮𝗶 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗻 & 𝗖𝗮𝘀𝗵𝗲𝘄 𝗡𝘂𝘁𝘀 (G*i Med Mamuang Himmaparn)

This is probably the most popular dish that tourists eat when they visit Thailand.

You can make this dish in less than 10 minutes, once you have all the ingredients prepared.

So, lets get started...

Here are the list of ingredients you will need;

𝗦𝗵𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗟𝗶𝘀𝘁
1. Chicken x 240g
2. Cashew Nuts x 100g
3. Yellow Pepper x 1/2
4. Green Pepper x 1/2
5. Red Pepper x 1/2
6. Spring Onion x 2 no.
7. White Onion x 1/2
8. Sweet Red Pepper x 1
9. Garlic x 2 cloves
10. Water x 50ml (2 x Shot Glass)
11. Black Pepper x 1 tsp
12. Brown Sugar x 1 tbsp
13. Chilli Oil x 2 tbsp
14. Oyster Sauce x 3 tbsp
15. Soy Sauce x 2 tbsp

*Add the Chilli Oil after you add the Soy & Oyster Sauce.

Chop all your vegetables and have them ready for when you start cooking.

If you want to give it spicy kick, add in a chopped birds eye chilli.
