FIRST THEY MAKE KEFIR. THEN THEY MAKE COMPOST.
OVERACHIEVERS, BASICALLY.

It's clean and simple, we infuse the ingredients in a very large kettle to get the best of their organic goodness for our drinks.

This is added to the fermenter and filled into the cans.

This is how we use real stevia leaves. 🌿

We infuse the whole organic stevia leaf like a tea, then use that infusion to gently sweeten our water kefir.

No powdered stevia extract. Just a real plant ingredient, used simply.

Real ingredients. Properly fermented.

Found this forgotten can of Hopped Culture from 2023.

Opened it with no real expectations… and it was still sparkling and tasted amazing .

The hops tasted fresh!
Amarillo, Citra and Mosaic all there like it was made last week.

That’s what a proper water kefir ferment can do.

No preservatives. No stabilisers.
Just real ingredients, properly fermented.



Note: Best Before and Use By dates are there for a reason and should be observed. I’m definitely not suggesting anyone starts drinking products that are well past their date 😅

This was just a slightly mad brewery experiment with one of our own cans.
