A great passion for cooking along with a desire to start up my own business is why i created these delicious range of healthy sauces. My son Ben was the inspiration behind the recipes and ingredients i use, when he was 3 years old he decided he wasn't eating any more vegetables. Being a busy full time working mum-previous job was an Assistant Manager in a Bank, I would search the shops and superma
rkets for a range of sauces that were suitable for Ben and us adults too. I found a lot of the shop sauces had high contents of salt, sugar and preservatives and i just refused to give these to Ben, so i started to make my own….I blend lots of fresh healthy vegetables through my own homemade recipes , so Ben doesn't see or taste the vegetables …and he doesn't! Dan & Monstro was born…my brand again inspired by Ben , are two hand puppets he has had since he was 2 years of age and as Ben was my inspiration behind my business, he help me chose the name and create the brand!
