There's a reason behind it. Acid keeps the skin of the bean firm, and a firm skin doesn't let water in, so the inside never gets its chance to soften. Hold the tomato, the vinegar and the lemon until the beans are already tender. Save this and cook like a proper chef. 😅

Tem explicação. O ácido mantém a casca do feijão firme, e casca firme não deixa a água entrar, então o grão nunca amolece por dentro. Segura o tomate, o vinagre e o limão até o feijão já estar macio. Salva aí e cozinha como se fosse chef. 😅
