I was absolutely delighted to attend Athlone Institute of Technology yesterday to talk a group of international students who were completing a course on 'Whiskey Business'

A huge thanks to Dr Trevor Prendergast for the opportunity to discuss how I came up with the idea of Whiskey on the Tracks, how it's gone to date and the plans for the future.

I hope the students took something away from our chat and I wish them all the best in the future.

What a fabulous trip we had yesterday as we made our return journey from Dublin Connolly to Maynooth.

We were absolutely delighted to have Oscar from Teeling Whiskey on board with us for the journey and he brought along a wonderful selection from the Teeling range.

We were delighted to return to Franks Place 1860 when we visited Wexford Town two weeks ago.

Ian and Monica did a fabulous job of looking after us and chef came up with a fabulous selection for our Garden County Distillery paired lunch.
