I was absolutely delighted to attend Athlone Institute of Technology yesterday to talk a group of international students who were completing a course on 'Whiskey Business'

A huge thanks to Dr Trevor Prendergast for the opportunity to discuss how I came up with the idea of Whiskey on the Tracks, how it's gone to date and the plans for the future.

What a fabulous trip we had yesterday as we made our return journey from Dublin Connolly to Maynooth.

We were absolutely delighted to have Oscar from Teeling Whiskey on board with us for the journey and he brought along a wonderful selection from the Teeling range.

A week ago today, we joined Railway Preservation Society of Ireland - Dublin Operations for our first event of 2026, as we made our way to Wexford Town for the day.
