The original Bolognese Ragu recipe!

A facebook post about the real Bolognese ragu recipe inspired me to translate the original deposited recipe.
Some foodies were discussing if garlic should be in the recipe or not, and they were also surprised by the addition of milk and not sure if it was the traditional way to do it or not.

Then I decied to translate in english the original Bolognese ragu' recipe for you all.

This is the original traditional recipe deposited in Bologna (frankly you won't find anything more orthodox then this one, although it has been update in 2023 😄).

Here is the recipe https://wrgm.cc/ragu

I hope you can find it useful and, please, let me know how it goes!!!
