Celebrating international Dark ’N Stormy Day with a Two Shores twist is the perfect reminder that great cocktails don’t need complexity, just balance, quality ingredients, and intention. 🥃

Two Shores Superior Irish Rum meets the fiery lift of ginger beer and the clean brightness of fresh lime in a highball that’s as simple as it is satisfying. It’s a serve built on balance. Smooth rum, spicy fizz, and a citrus finish that keeps you coming back for another sip.

Two Shores Atlantic Storm

Ingredients:
• 50ml Two Shores Superior Irish Rum
• 150ml Ginger Beer
• 1 Fresh Lime (for juice and garnish)
• Ice Cubes

Method:
1. Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
2. Pour in the ginger beer.
3. Squeeze in the juice from half of the lime.
4. Slowly pour Two Shores Superior Irish Rum over the top.
5. Garnish with a wedge of lime and gently stir.
