🥥🍍 Irish Rum Month serves up a tropical twist.

Meet the Piña Colada Spritz the perfect serve for Piña Colada Day 10th July – light, refreshing, and packed with sunshine in every sip.

Crafted with Two Shores Superior Irish Rum, pineapple, fresh lime, coconut syrup and finished with a splash of soda for the perfect sparkling serve.

Piña Colada Spritz

Ingredients:
• 60ml Two Shores Superior Irish Rum
• 30ml Pineapple Juice
• 20ml Fresh Lime Juice
• 15ml Coconut Syrup
• Soda Water, to top
• Pineapple Wedge & Lime Wheel
• Ice Cubes

Method:

1. Fill a tall glass generously with ice cubes.
2. Pour in 60ml Two Shores Superior Irish Rum.
3. Add the pineapple juice, fresh lime juice and coconut syrup.
4. Top with chilled soda water.
5. Gently stir to combine while keeping the fizz.
6. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and lime wheel.

Our Golden Mojito is a refreshing take on a timeless classic, combining Two Shores Rum, fresh mint, zesty lime and sparkling soda for the ultimate summer cocktail. Just in time for National Mojito Day on 11th July.

Golden Mojito ☀️

Ingredients:
• 50ml Two Shores Rum
• Fresh Mint Leaves
• 1 Lime, cut into wedges
• 2 tsp Sugar
• Soda Water
• Ice Cubes

Method:

1. Muddle the mint, lime and sugar in a tall glass.
2. Fill with ice and add 50ml Two Shores Rum.
3. Top with soda water and stir gently.
4. Garnish with extra mint and a lime wedge.
