A hidden gem from the Jura.

Vin de Paille; a sweet wine that many people have never heard of... and one that deserves so much more attention.

Made by Domaine Baud, this 2022 vintage is a true labour of patience and craftsmanship. The grapes are dried on straw mats, concentrating their flavours and creating a wine that is rich, elegant, and incredibly unique.
