Fab Food Trails Get out and explore the culinary wonder of Irish food with the help of Fabulous Food Trails.

You will have the oppurtunity to explore some of Ireland's best kept culinary secrets. Come on a Tasting Trail with us, strolling around tasting delicious food, hearing a bit of history, a bit of gossip, admire some good architecture and meet the people producing this terrific food. Our walks last about 2 - 2 1/2 hours with lots of stops and lots of tastings!

In Ireland, the 16th June is the day we celebrate Bloomsday. Each year on this day, we are transported back in time to celebrate Thursday, 16th June 1904 — the day immortalised in James Joyce’s novel Ulysses.

The day is named after Leopold Bloom, one of the novel’s protagonists. The novel follows Bloom’s life and thoughts (as well as those of Stephen Dedalus and a host of other characters, real and fictional) from early in the morning to the twilight hours of the following day.

In Dublin City, there are a host of events taking place on the day itself as part of the Bloomsday Festival, so we thought we’d pick out a few that look like great fun… don’t forget to get in costume! ☺️

Everyone loves chocolate, but what do we know about the industry, making chocolate and the ethics around sourcing and buying it. Well, at in Cork City, you can learn all about it and get to taste their fantastic products too. We often bring tours here and they love it. We highly recommend stopping by next time you’re in town.
