Many of you had the opportunity to sample these exceptional single cask bottlings with us at Whiskey Live Dublin 2026, and we're delighted to announce that Celtic Cask 63, 64 and 65 are now available to purchase.

đŸ„ƒ Celtic Cask Seasca a TrĂ­ (63) 18 Year Old Sauternes Cask

Distilled in 2007, this double-distilled Irish single malt spent its early years in first-fill ex-bourbon casks before maturing in ex-Fino sherry butts. In 2021, it was transferred into an ex-Sauternes cask from ChĂąteau Suduiraut in Bordeaux, developing luxurious notes of apricot, peach, honeycomb, candied citrus and golden raisins.

đŸ„ƒ Celtic Cask Seasca a Ceathair (64) 18 Year Old PX Cask

Also distilled in 2007, this single malt followed the same journey through first-fill bourbon and ex-Fino sherry casks before being finished in a rare 128-litre ex-Pedro Ximénez cask. The smaller cask intensified the interaction between spirit and wood, creating a rich and concentrated whiskey packed with dark fruits, figs, dates, treacle and chocolate-covered raisins.

đŸ„ƒ Celtic Cask Seasca CĂșig (65) 27 Year Old Oloroso Sherry Cask

A truly remarkable whiskey distilled in 1999 and matured for over 25 years. After nearly two decades in first-fill ex-bourbon casks, it was transferred into a specially crafted 128-litre ex-Oloroso sherry cask made from the staves of a seasoned solera butt. The result is a beautifully balanced single malt combining tropical fruits, honeyed sweetness, dried fruits, spice and elegant oak.

Introducing the Two Stacks Origins Collection – Celtic Whiskey Shop Exclusive.

Crafted from a specially commissioned 50:50 mashbill of malted barley and malted rye and distilled in partnership with Boann Distillery, this unique single cask release showcases the bold innovation driving modern Irish whiskey.

Distilled in January 2022 and matured in a single American bourbon cask, Cask No. TS0037 was bottled at its natural cask strength of 56.5% ABV, non-chill filtered and in its natural colour.

Expect vibrant notes of ginger, vanilla and orange peel, followed by layers of white pepper, cloves, honey, malted biscuit and warming rye spice.

With just 275 bottles available, this is a rare opportunity to secure a truly distinctive Irish whiskey.

The inaugural release in Garden County’s new Wine Series has arrived at Celtic Whiskey Shop! đŸ„ƒ

Spain Release 1.1 explores the influence of Pedro Ximénez sherry casks on Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey, delivering rich layers of dried fruits, dark sweetness, caramel, warming spice, and deep sherried character throughout.

Bottled at a bold 55% ABV, this expressive release balances traditional Irish pot still texture with the luxurious influence of PX cask maturation.

The bottle also features “Just a Few Drops” by local artist Kevin Roche, a striking Wicklow landscape inspired by the mood, colours, and character of the whiskey itself.
