💚What a gorgeous morning for our Eat Great, Move Great, Feel Great event with The Neighbourhood Club 💚

On Tuesday, we gathered with our local community for a special collaboration centred around movement, nourishment and feeling good from the inside out.

We started with a gentle (but definitely challenging!) Pilates class upstairs at Sable Studios with the wonderful Ruth Sharkey of Reset with Ruth, before coming back downstairs to PBF to share the first tasting of our new nutritionally focused salad collection and hear a fascinating nutrition talk from Nutrition and Health Coach, Rachel Matthews.

The conversation around eating well, moving well and supporting our health in a realistic, joyful way felt so aligned with everything we believe at Poulet Bonne Femme.

The new range of four salads are available in Dún Laoghaire now!

☀️ Longer days, longer opening hours!

From May 1st, we open until 7pm in Dún Laoghaire and Blackrock - so you can pop in and collect full meals ordered from our website, or salads, sides and sambos and have them home and on the table right on time for dinner.

Later on Deliveroo too!

Something new is coming to The Neighbourhood Club 🌿

Introducing Eat Great, Feel Great: a spring morning of movement, food and conversation on May 5th, at Poulet Bonne Femme, Dún Laoghaire.

We’ll start upstairs in the beautiful with a Pilates class led by Ruth from , then we will gather downstairs at PBF for coffee, a seasonal salad tasting from our new menu, and a relaxed nutrition conversation with Nutritionist .

It’s about celebrating the new season and celebrating our neighbours and our neighbourhood, as well as how we move, how we eat and how we connect!
